Primary purpose of job
Office administrator for Director’s office. Provides clerical and administrative support to Director’s office.
Liaises with Companies and other Directorates for arranging internal/external meetings. Assists in preparation and typing of
Directorate external letters and internal memos.
Logging of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Distributes and files all documentation.
Answers incoming calls.
Plans and coordinates meeting schedules and agenda for external visits, hotel and other arrangements if required.
Plan and Coordinates internal meetings with MD, other Directors and Managers.
Assists with coordinating presentations.
Ensures that the office operates in a professional and efficiently manner.
Experience & Skills
5 years experience in all areas of Secretarial job.
Formal training in Computer applications.
Fluency in spoken and written in both Arabic and English.
High level of proficiency in the use of Personal Computers.
Completion of Higher Secondary Education,
