Job description

To execute the operations of the supply & installations function by conducting site visits and reporting transaction status to ensure the agreed SLA and Procedures are implemented as per the bank’s policy manuals.

Conduct site visits for all transactions received in line with the agreed SLA and Procedures.

Report the status of work at site in accordance with the quotations/ invoices received from the concerned Dept. as per the agreed SLA.

Maintain proper MIS reports in order to update line manager of the transactions status.

Prepare site inspection reports with photos and required documents and submit to line manager for documentations and record.

Prepare and submit a monthly report to line manager showing volume of work executed.

Report any concerns regarding the product which may arise to the line manager for further review and advice.

Ensure adhere of all activities to banks SOPs, SLAs and sharia principles and guidelines

Assist in providing consultancies to other related dept. with respect to engineering requirements.

All the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.

Job requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum 4 – 6 years of Construction Filed Experience

Customer Servicing/Relationship Management

Engineering Standards and Analysis

Legal Verification

MIS Generation and Analytics

Management of Vendors / Alliances

Project Management/ Co-ordination

Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge

Sharia Principles of Islamic Finance

Banking/Operations Workflow Knowledge

Operational Risk Awareness
