About Your Job:
As a Bar & Resturant supervisor you will be responsible to run operations of Red bar & grill. You will take all orders from guests, have substantial F&B Knowledge in order to upsell and describe menu items, manage staff in conjunction with the duty manager, handle complaints and be fully responsible in the absence of senior manager.
Duties typically include training, scheduling and managing, coaching and developing employees in a corrective manner as per company policy, as well as overseeing inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and other maintenance of restaurant equipment. Supervisors are also responsible for resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and service and making sure the business complies with health and food safety regulations. This is a leadership position that directs the work of all employees and is responsible for the overall performance of the outlet.
About You:
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a strong leader whilst possessing exceptional presentation skills . Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years of job related experience in the same position with a proven track record and the ability to manage staff on a day-to-day basis within a similar culture in an international airport, hotel or shopping complex with a multimillion turnover business. You will have a good understanding of beverage preparation, presentation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage. You will be high school qualified and strong analytical skills and understanding on stock control,Hygiene and Health and Safety.
