Business Analyst – Learning and Training
Job Description
Please ensure candidates that
are submitted have experience across Europe or US.
1.Provide a consulting service to the business by utilizing
domain expertise and recommend initiatives where company could add value
through high level enterprise information management and business
intelligence solution design.
2.Understand the business strategy
and work with the Business Relationship Manager to develop initiatives
and present them to decision makers within the customer business unit.
3.Solicit and evaluate business requests to determine cost feasibility research
and identify options and recommend solutions that best serve business
needs across the enterprise.
4.Monitor changes in the IT domain
and in the customers’ business environment. Regularly and proactively
review how these changes might impact IT’s ability to improve its
services.
5.Liaise with relevant IT departments to ensure that
changes in customers’ business landscape is reflected in the overall
business architecture technology and applications
Skills
Requirements: Minimum 4 years of BA experience working on Projects
related to learning and training.Experience in the Employee Lifecycle
Management domain.Previous experience in the airline industry,
specifically within learning and training departments.
