– Professionally handles incoming requests from customers and ensures that issues are promptly and thoroughly resolved.
– Directs customers’ requests and unsolved issues to the concerned departments and follows-up until the issues are successfully closed.
– Educates the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts.
– Maintains a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision-making.
– Manages the customers’ record of inquiries and complaints.
– Assists in generating reports related to customer service.
