Call Centre Agent ( Kuwaiti National )

Job Description

– To interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concern and requests about products and services.
– Professionally handles incoming requests from customers and ensures that issues are promptly and thoroughly resolved.
– Directs customers’ requests and unsolved issues to the concerned departments and follows-up until the issues are successfully closed.
– Educates the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts.
– Maintains a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision-making.
– Manages the customers’ record of inquiries and complaints.
– Assists in generating reports related to customer service.

Skills

– Fluent in both Arabic and English.Excellent computer and communication skills.
– Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed.
– Commitment to customer satisfaction.

– Ability to analyze and solve problems.
