Full Time

Overseeing the implementation and conformity to Company Financial & Accounting policies and procedures;
Managing Capital Assets, Current Assets, Liabilities & Equity;
Managing the staff within the area of responsibility;
Preparation of financial and management accounting information;
Schedule & salaries banks transfer;
Preparation of month end accounts, including maintaining financial data & transactions;
Preparation of monthly performance reports and other accounting documents;
Reconciliation of financial ledgers;
Preparing the balance sheet and cash flow statements for publication in the Finance;
Preparing financial studies and analysis to support the decision making processes of the company;
Assisting Finance Manager in preparation of Operational Risk Management Matrix for Finance Dept;
Ensuring all transactions is recorded in accordance with International Accounting/ Financial Reporting Standards (IAS/IFRS);
Ensure the adoption of all necessary measures to protect AFG assets e.g. internal controls and proper insurance coverage;
Producing monthly financial reports or as per owner requests;
Liaising with both internal and external audit staff to ensure the rapid completion of audit reports and corrective actions;
Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders;
Practice duties and roles in line with the authorities appointed as provided in the authority matrix;
Perform any extra duties assigned by his / her direct supervisor;
