BUSINESS SUPPORT (MESAIEED OPERATIONS)

Primary purpose of job

To provide Contracts Focal Point role for Mesaieed Operations Departments in the operational delivery and
monitoring of all GTC, LTC, Minor Work Contracts (MWCs) & SO’s (Service Orders) contracts and supplier performance,
including preparing, examining, analyzing, negotiating, and revising contracts that involve the purchase or sale of goods or
services such as equipment, materials etc.

Experience & Skills

a) 7 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry in the preparation /evaluation I negotiation and administration of
tenders/contracts.b) Possess sound knowledge of Contract conditions and contract administration.c) Must have proven
exposure to association contract management and related economics/financial aspects.d) Proven written and
verbal communication skills (English). e) Proven analytical skills in the commercial I finance field.

Education

BSc/B.Eng degree. MBA an advantage.TECHNICAL SKILLSa) Be a good negotiator: persuasive, dynamic, articulate,
with good public relations skills.b) Incumbent to be self-motivated, a fast thinker and decision maker able to work and be
accountable to project deadlines. Must have proven negotiating skills.c) Have good interpersonal skills.d) Proficient in
contractual correspondence, contract verbatim, report writing with analytical, logical and problem solving skills
