– with excellent English and Arabic communication skills (spoken & written)

-minimum of 3 years experience in Call center/ Customer Service

-Preferably under family sponsorship (female), or company transferrable-with RP

-Must be flexible working in shift

-6 days working; 1 day off

-Available Immediately

• Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically.
• Display high level of professionalism
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Perform customer verifications and maintain databases
• Set up new Service Requests within appropriate CRM
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests as required
• Organize work-flow to meet customer time frames
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions on the appropriate CRM
• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
• Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
• Manage administration and support different department
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
