The Role

Client are a renowned facilities management company seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee profit, operational and all types of service standards in approximately 6 operating departments reporting in. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of knowledge and experience with facilities maintenance and project management of residential, commercial and retail properties with the ability to see and capitalize on business growth opportunities.


• Clear hands on experience with residential maintenance inside and outside of properties with ability to up sell products and services to potential clients whilst onsite.
• 10 to 15 years experience of project management and facilities management on residential, commercial and retail properties.
• Proven track record of increasing profitability and productivity with in a facilities management company.
• Qualifications related to civil engineering, building or maintenance advantageous.
• Only European, Australian or South African candidates will be considered.
