• Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
• Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
• Proactively manage and oversee Customer Service requests and insure that they are managed within a timely manner.
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
• Updates job knowledge by studying new enquiry descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
• Support the Client Affairs Department that is dedicated to providing high standards of client care and promoting exemplary levels of Client Service Excellence across activities generally.
• Documents customer service issues including resolution with monitoring of issues via established CRM system.
• Contributes towards the direction of the Customer Service strategy in line with both the clients and the Company’s Management expectations.
• Highly efficient problem solving skills, imparts a solutions orientated approach to any customer issues raised
Skills
Excellent command of English and Arabic with 3 years of expereince in the corporate and professional
Self-motivater, takes initiative and career oriented pernalaity with willingness to take chanllenges and learn
