About the Job:We are looking for a German speaker Customer Services Agent with a natural flair of delivering unforgettable service at our Qatar Airways Customer Contact Center located in Doha.

As a Customer Service Agent you will deliver service excellence to Qatar Airways customers via telephone, email and fax. You will need to respond professionally in order to achieve customer satisfaction, generate revenue and take all possible measures to avoid loss of revenue.

Your main duties will be making new reservations; changes to existing reservations; quoting the correct fares, rules of carriage; issuance / re-issuance of tickets; and processing any refunds.


About You:You must be fluent in German language, interactive, customer service oriented person with warm, cheerful and expressive personality. Excellent communication skills is required.

You must hold at minimum High School Certificate. Ideally you will have knowledge of Amadeus reservation program, in addition to experience in airline or hospitality industry. You must be fluent in English and German, with a strong sense of customer satisfaction.
