Responsible to meet the monthly targets set in place while growing the business and building relationship with key organizations.
• Ensuring that set sales target is achieved
• Plan, organize, direct and control your sales staff to meet organization’s objectives
• Set qualitative & quantitative targets for prospecting, sales and customer care
• Managing day to day sales activities of the fleet and lease sales
• Ensuring that Fleet sales operation is smoothly run
• Recommend action step / strategic activities to Head of Sales to capture all opportunities in market.
• Improve market share and keep department ahead of competition
• Keep up-to date on competitors activities in the market
• Ensuring forecasted sales units are within departmental budget.
• Ensuring the recommended selling price is set toward achieving departmental Gross Profit and maintaining discount level within approved level
