Head – Leadership Development & Culture

This role is responsible for ensuring the business has a pipeline of capable leaders that enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives. The postholder will design, deliver and continuously evaluate Dubai Airport’s approach to Leadership development, provide direction and thought leadership on our development programmes and processes, and develop the skills and capabilities of employees to support the growth of Dubai Airports.
In addition, this role will lead the culture and engagement agenda across Dubai Airports. The post-holder will be responsible for defining and driving forward a culture and engagement strategy which supports the strategic objectives of Dubai Airports.
Qualifications and Education
You are required to have a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Psychology, HR, Business Management or a related field. Preferably, have an MSc qualification in Occupational Psychology, HR, Business Management or a related field.
The role holder will have experience of building and embedding an Executive Development agenda and cultural shift and engagement in commercial organizations.
At least 2 years of experience in managing Leadership programmes.
At least two years of experience in managing cultural change and engagement programmes
3 years of experience at a managerial level.
2 years of experience managing accredited qualifications and/or frameworks.
Accustomed to developing relationships at an Executive and Senior level.
A track record of Continuous Professional Development.
Preferably an accredited and recognized Coaching qualification.
Preferably Level B qualification or equivalent.
Knowledge of people and leadership theories as well as their application in commercial environments.
Knowledge of a range of talent development interventions.
Knowledge of cultural principles and cultural change models
Knowledge of best practice in employee engagement strategies
