Aircraft Maintenance Schedule Engineer

Studies, analyzes, monitors and implements aircraft maintenance schedule amendments, compilations, check period’s escalation and distribution with the aim of enhancing the effectiveness and safety of aircraft maintenance for the benefit of Kuwait Airways .
2. Task and Duties: .
A. Arranges to compile original Maintenance Schedule, liaises with Aircraft Manufacturer and DGCA for approval and provides Master Task Cards to cover the requirements .
B. Initiates Maintenance Schedule amendments based on manufactures’ data, in-house experience, RCC recommendations, SPI requirements and Maintenance Planning Documents revisions, as required .
C. Assists in preparing amendment proposal, liaises with DGCA and issues task cards accordingly .
D. Assists in preparing proposal for check escalation and liaises with DGCA for approval .
E. Arranges for proper distribution and filing of approved Maintenance Schedule Amendments .
F.Arranges amendment to Structural Inspection Program in the Maintenance Schedule based on aircraft Manufacturer’s recommendation .
G. Computerizes the Maintenance Schedule task cards as and when Maxi-Merlin System in ready for the input .
H. Carries out other similar or related duties, as assigned.

1. B.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering OR Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Double Licenses) with equivalent technical knowledge .
2. 2 Years civil aircraft maintenance experience .
3. Good knowledge of English .
