Responsible for all Sales and Marketing management activities including:
• Setting clear performance objectives aligned to the Marketing Strategy and Sales plans.
• Sales forecasting, budgeting and deploying available marketing budget for maximum return on investments in specific markets.
• Achievement of Sales targets.
• Develop and execute innovative marketing plans to drive business growth, including above the line (ATL) and below the line (BTL) activities and point-of-sale tactics.
• Ensure alignment and prioritization of marketing plans with each country sales strategies.
• New markets & new products development.
• Market feed back, competitor analysis & Sales forecasting.
