Job Description
The position provides support to the Companies- Legal Affairs in providing advice to all businesses/ functions, whenever required in matters related to litigation, contracting, agreements, govt issues etc. Key responsibilities of this position include:
• Review all contracts and agreements from a legal standpoint and make suggestions to modify the same • Support handling of all legal disputes and matters concerning all parties- government, regulatory authorities, statutory bodies, clients, operators, etc.
• Monitor compliance to all government laws and regulations from a legal standpoint Comprehensive knowledge of:
• Laws and regulations of Kuwait
• Employee related laws of Kuwait
• Practical exposure to litigation handling cases
• Regulatory environment of the country
• Very good proficiency in MS office suite (MS Word)
• Usage of internet search engines
• To work on intensive documentation with quick turnaround required
• Perform Legal Due Diligence

• Very good written and verbal communication
• Fluency in languages – Arabic and English
