Manager – Lead Customer Data Analyst

Job Description

Responsible to support the marketing of Consumer and Commercial Products to increase the revenue of the Bank by performing statistical analysis and building predictive models.

Create the roadmap for customer analytics projects and oversee their timely execution

Review the customer centric dashboard and coordinate with stakeholders to implement the execution

Oversee development of analytics capabilities of the team through training and knowledge sharing

Improve processes and streamline analytical activities

Arrange meetings with stakeholders from sales, IT and product teams to smoothen execution of analytics projects and development and campaign execution

Manage statistical models and take decision to refresh or rebuild models based on business knowledge, population stability, and business requirement

Liaise with digital marketing team to drive marketing promotions and make them real time

Monitor & analyze the actual sales, portfolio, and revenue etc., performance of Consumer or Commercial Products against the Budget.

Review and analyze in-depth comprehensive business intelligent reports & analysis on a periodic basis, containing key business and financial matrices for assigned Consumer or Commercial Products, to the stake holders.

Ensure that the Business Intelligent reports generated / submitted to stake holders are accurate & complete.

To conform to local laws and comply with the rules and regulations of the Bank.

Manage & maintain all records in the form of hard copies or appropriate.

Ensure all source and periodic data are stored (monthly, daily etc) related to the assigned scope.
All the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.


Graduate in Computer Engineering or Statistics.
MBA will be a Plus

5 – 7 years’ experience in Banking with exposure to statistical analysis and predictive modeling and supporting marketing campaigns.
