Job Description:

To ensure the streamlined operation of the Network department in alignment with the business objectives of the organization. The network manager will plan, coordinate, direct and design network-related activities of the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department. The network manager will work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. The network manager will also define and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

Responsibilities :
Develop strategic plans and implement the objectives of KAC’s information technology needs ensuring that computing capabilities are responsive to the organization’s needs.
Meets operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances.
Has deep understanding of developing IT business systems vision, strategy and road maps in enterprise networking environment.
Must analyze the structure and flow of the business work to identify possible application solutions. Must be aware of the latest software developments and think of ways that software can be applied to make the business more efficient.
Provide primary IT support for the organization in conjunction with our outside IT company.
IT manager will create, develop and oversee protocols and procedures for new software/hardware launches. If there is an issue with the introduction of new software or hardware the IT manager will review the issue and come up with a solution.
Directs computer operations, system analysis, database administration, customer support, telephone, and network infrastructure.
Participates in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning process.
Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective mariner by established company policies to achieve the overall objectives.
Supervises the activities of assigned personnel. Performs supervisory duties and exercises financial authority at the level established by Management.
Keeps superiors promptly and fully formed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action which may be.
Communicates areas of accountability and performance expected of personnel assigned.
Directs project leaders and seniors to support strategic objectives cohesively, directs facility line-management to enhance staff and team skills and competencies, and establishes team performance.
Defines and forecasts needed skills, tools, and equipment to meet project.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in computer or electronics engineering.
Must have 9-11 years of significant IT leadership experience.
Experience with SITA systems and operations. (Preferred)
Experience in the Aviation field. (Preferred)
Experience with cloud implementations and virtual environments.
Hands-on experience with the development and deployment of departmental metrics, and experience monitoring the quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of internal networks. Familiarity with MS Office 365, CRM & ERP systems.
Able to roll up sleeves and get things done in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

Fluent in both English/Arabic.
