Achieve the assigned target with regards to collections and recoveries from the allocated accounts.
Maintain effective collector telecalling and productivity to ensure flows into the next bucket are minimized.
Ensure timely action on all delinquent accounts, timely field visit referrals of high risk accounts and escalation of such cases to Supervisor or Line Manager to minimize risk.
Ensure timely action on all Return Cheques/SIO for resolution.
Ensure legal action on cases whenever it is necessary and in line with collections policy.
Meet walk in customers and assist them to resolve collections’ related issues.
Assist in preparing monthly reports & MIS as required by management for decision making by providing feedback on profiles and portfolio issues.
Ensure strict compliance with DIB policies and procedures and CB UAE regulations
All the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager
University Degree or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a financial environment preferably in a similar industry
Banking Products, Services and Operations Knowledge
Collections Metrics and Guidelines
Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge
Sharia Principles of Islamic Finance
