Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Jaidah Group under Heavy Equipment Leasing department . We are currently recruiting for an Operation Coordinator with experience in heavy equipment leasing operation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a suitable system for the transportation of machine Operators to and from the sites
- Ensure the safety of our Machines at sites, call for periodic maintenance when it is due, visit site immediately when there is an emergency, investigate and file a report on the damage occurred and the possible cause of it, finally to coordinate with Service Manager for further action.
- Ensure coordination with Machine Operators to get the daily time sheet signed and the same with Site Supervisor of Client for the purpose of invoicing.
- Undertake a performance evaluation of Machine Operators and monitor them, verify their overtime sheet before submitting to Management.
- Strengthen the relationship between the organization and its clients by recruiting quality staff members, when needed.
- Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Commerce or any Business related course
EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years experience in heavy equipment rental operations
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Good communication skills in English, knowledge in Arabic is a plus
- Professional in appearance and attitude
- Technical background and ability to read and understand technical terms and products specifications.
