Job Description
Greet visitors in a professional manner and guide them to the meeting rooms for pre-planned meetings.
Assist the Team in preparing files and filing, photocopying, scanning, binding, data entry and any other admin related tasks when required.
Assist in checking invoices for Departmental expenses and prepare reports as required.
Monitor stocks of Stationery and Grocery items and prepare requisitions when stock levels are low.
Ensure the Meeting Rooms and Reception area are presentable at all times.
Manage the Meeting rooms and ensure they are not double-booked.
Maintain an accurate tracking system for incoming and outgoing documents from the Department.
Report all maintenance issues to the FM team and follow-up completion of the job.
Provide support the Admin Department as and when required.
Process and record Leave requests and submit for Exit Permit. Ensure employees resume on time and prepare attendance reports as required.
Manage the mobile connections/disconnections and bill verification.
Process requests for printing business cards and other official documents
Answer Phone and greet visitors in a professional manner.
Assist in admin related tasks – filing, data entry, scanning, photocopying and preparing reports.
Manage bookings of the meeting rooms.
Monitor stock levels of Stationery and Grocery stocks and raise requisitions.
Maintain accurate tracking system for incoming and outgoing documents.
High School Diploma or relevant work experience
Arabic speaker
Minimum Experience:
3 years’ experience in a Receptionist/Admin role
