To establish, develop and maintain diversified portfolio of deposits and liability of corporate customers who require routine as well as trade finance and other C&IB services in order to generate deposits and revenue for the Bank.

To develop treasury and trade finance business on secured basis.

Managing the corporate relationships professionally under the broad guidance and direction as per DIB policies, for marketing new business and enhancing profitability of portfolio by selling / cross-selling C&IB products and services to corporate clients.

Developing Business from new clients, through strategic penetration into identified market/sectors across the entire portfolio spectrum like secured assets, liabilities, and cross-sell (structured products, trade finance, cash management, forex).

Maintaining and enhancing relationships with key customer accounts and prospective customers to ensure business continuity and growth. Managing complex relationships independently, under the overall supervision of Unit Head.

Managing assigned risk assets portfolio in line with DIB standards of quality and profitability. Ensuring provision of high quality and timely service to clients.

Growing secured assets and liabilities to enhance the profitability of the account & maintaining the growth of liabilities (deposits-to ensure the balance of loan to deposit ratios & achieve optimal growth of the business while managing the liquidity aspects.)

Delivering full range of the products to the corporate market place with a high degree of confidence.

Preparing/executing multi-products to the corporate market place with a high degree of confidence.

Assessing business, financial & economic risks and opportunities, and maximizing potential to x-sell products.

Liaising with various internal departments (Credit, Credit Admin etc) for smooth and quick turnaround of transactions. (Follow up with other bank departments to expedite processing of customer related issues and documentation.)

Marketing and assessment of new corporate clients.

Management of corporate relationships as also tactfully phasing out exit accounts.

Structuring facilities / trade transactions while protecting the bank’s interest and risk profile.

Required Background:

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum 5 – 7 years’ experience in corporate deposits and institutional liability business preferably with large UAE based banks.

Good knowledge of Dubai’s local corporate market.

Acceptable knowledge of corporate banking products and trade finance
