Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Jaidah Group and the Independent Aftermarket Department. We are currently recruiting for a Lubricants Sales Consultant.
As a Sales consultant you will be primarily assigned with selling industrial lubricants to outdoor/external customers and promoting Shell products to industrial customers.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Build sales by acquiring large, multiple location users
• Gain penetration in assigned markets through the development and implementation of proactive sales strategies
• Services existing accounts, monitor competition, recommend changes in products, service, and policy
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge and contribute to a team effort
• Develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships
• Promote excellence by providing superior service to each customer.
• Explain product features and benefits
• Close the sale by addressing customer concerns and consistently moving the customer towards commitment
Skills
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
- Proven record of accomplishments as a business developer in the Lubricant industry as a sales representative
- A successful track record working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed their sales goals
- Certificate/technical qualification in Chemistry or related field
- Technical knowledge of specialist lubricants
- Excellent customer service ability
- Pleasing, presentable and diligent
- Ability to present technical information
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Fluent communication in English – both written and spoken, Arabic a plus
- Good PC knowledge including Microsoft Office
