Job Description
Jaidah Group is looking for a Sales Consultant in Independent After Market Division. Main responsibility is to generate sales by visiting current and new customers externally to develop relationships, recommend new products, provide information or discuss After-sales issues.


Independent After Market


        • Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate new customers.
        • Represent the company by visiting customers in their offices to inquire about their ongoing needs, suggesting alternatives to fit their requirements or providing solutions for any problems that occur.
        • Estimate the volume of sales expected in the consigned region of coverage and report back to the sales dept. for the preparation of the yearly department budget.
        • Keep and maintain good records of the existing customers and maintain good personal relationships with them.
        • Prepare a comprehensive file of catalogues and information pertaining to all products offered by the company.
        • Assist the department Manager in developing marketing campaigns and promotion activities for the Retail facility.
        • Create a list of potential customers and a referrals list, for future contact
        • Ensure that information given by the customer is correctly typed and processed by the dept. administrator
        • Acknowledge customer complaints and offer to assist in exploring the reasons for them, and work to ensure immediate satisfactory settlement of issues.
        • Contribute to improving sales policies and procedures, and service, and suggest methods for increasing department sales.
        • Report daily activity, customer contact, plans, and market evaluations to the Dept. Manager
        • Promotes and execute sales of all wholesale customers
        • Promotes Jaidah name and reputation, by keeping all moral standards of the organization
        • Collect market information and intelligence of all our competitors
        • Explain credit terms and facilities in opening new credit accounts with Jaidah
        • Remind our customers when payment is due and in certain cases goes and collects payment
        • Facilitates delivery process with the store keeper and SCM team
        • Team member and helps in team building activities
        • Shares and expresses views of how to grow and expand wholesale business
        • Always on the loom out for wholesale opportunities within and outside Qatar market


  • College Diploma in related field/business


  • Minimum two years experience in tire sales
  • Sales experience in the automotive industry
  • Sales experience in Local or Gulf Market


  • Technical background and ability to read and understand technical terms and products specifications.
