Job Description

You as a Sales Specialist – Emergency Lighting Solutions will be a part of the electrification products division and will be based in Doha, Qatar. The electrification products division manufactures low-voltage circuit breakers, switches, control products, wiring accessories, enclosures and cable systems to protect people, installations and electronic equipment from electrical overload. The division further makes KNX systems that integrate and automate a building’s electrical installations, ventilation systems, and security and data communication networks. You will be responsible for sales and marketing of the installation products namely Emergency Lighting systems and products in the territory of Qatar. You will also define and implement sales strategies for sales & marketing of emergency lighting products through distributors, consultants, clients and contractors to achieve the agreed budgets for emergency lighting Systems and Products.

Tasks:

Your main responsibilities will include:-

(1). Prepare and implement the business plan in the market to achieve the business within the time frame,

(2). Proactive information on the market overview and dynamics for having effective action plan to be aligned in the market,

(3). Conducting workshops for MEP Consultants, Contractors and Interior Designers.

(4). Supporting consultants in their project design to specify Products and solutions.

(5). Coordinating marketing activities with the marketing team.

(6). Monthly review with the System integrators and Distributors on their performance. Share the market updates with Distributors to have better penetration to the market.

(7). Define and agree the targets with each Distributors and motivate them for exceeding their targets.

(8).Effective monitoring and validation of the Customers visits and projects opportunities in CRM tool.

(9). Collecting market intelligence to monitor the market dynamic.

(10). Coordinate with Business development and Marketing team for visit of value chain customers to create demand for Distributors.

Requirements:

Ideally you should have a Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, sales and channel management.

Furthermore, you should have a knowledge in emergency lighting systems and products and possess sales experience in the Gulf Market.
