Candidate Profile
Job Description 1. Provide full contract administration services to the project (including engineering, project management, drilling, operations and subsurface) in line with project requirements and client system 2. Control all contract management activities, tendering, commercial evaluations, payment terms, contract types, and development of contract documents associated with FEED & EPIC Contracts in line with project requirements and client system and in coordination with managers & senior staff and client stakeholders 3. Support invoice processing and control, project reporting, change management, risk management and Gate Approval activities; in coordination with PMT managers & senior staff and relevant client stakeholders to meet project goals. 4. Support PMT managers in developing and implementing contractual strategies, contractual interpretation and negotiation while implementing client procedures for successful achievement of the business goals 5. Communicate and coordinate with the PMT managers and client stakeholders to ensure alignment in the areas of planning, cost control, legal, procurement, budget, and document control services 6. Coordinate Contractual interface issues, contractual planning and cost control obligations with support of contract engineer team and other PMT senior staff following client system, to achieve project goals

Highest Qualification Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent or Bsc
Other Qualification higher degree would be advantageous
Job Summary
• Operate independently within the framework of an integrated Project Services function, established Corporate Management Policies & Procedures and internationally recognised standard industry practices. • Responsible to handle contract management activities of assigned projects. • Regular interaction with Suppliers Vendors / Contractors / Sub Contractors for Budgetary Quotations to know latest trend and Market Price. • Maintain highest level of care and confidentiality relating to Cost Engineering and Budgeting activities for projects executed under PEPS Directorate. • Regular interaction with other members of the Project Team as well as Contractors for the performance of his duties. • Regular interface with End Users, Contractors, and project Teams and other client entities.
