Job Description
Role purpose:
Lead the formulation and execution of the Enterprise CVM strategy that maximises customer value via prolonging customer’s tenure and carrying out targeted x/up selling activities.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
•Develop and own the delivery of Post-pay Enterprise CVM strategy.
•Work closely with SME/SOHO propositions manager to understand market dynamics and lead on how CVM can support in upcoming promotions.
•Guide the Analytics Team on defining the behavioral models in support of the Enterprise CVM strategy along with reporting required for daily CVM operations.
•Own the forecasting of Enterprise CVM revenue, retention volume and expected churn for SME/SOHO segments.
•Liaise with campaign team to optimize campaign execution and ensure that campaign capabilities roadmap support Enterprise CVM priorities.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
•8+ Years of Marketing experience in Telecoms
•5+ years of CVM/ CLM Experience
•Experience in SPSS &/or Unica/Cordiant is a major plus
•University degree, MBA is a plus
