- To focus on the business at retail level and maximize the sales potential
- Enforcing the brand standards and ensuring the maintenance thereof in every store
- Ensure the stores follow the correct merchandising as per the brand VM guidelines and planograms
- Develop and produce detailed VM guidelines and distribute to stores and other stakeholders as per deadlines
- Ensure that all stores have the correct point of sale material
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, buying, planning and product development teams to ensure the VM planning and production is in line with the business needs
- Manage visual merchandising costs in line with project budget and all administrative
- Develop merchandising elements and manage the production and distribution thereof accurately and as per deadlines
- Plan the production of merchandising elements for new store openings and store refurbishments
- Liaising with all Sales Managers, Area Managers and stores and ensure excellent service is maintained
Skills
- Graphic Design / Interior Design certificate/diploma
- VM experience in the beauty / fashion industries
- Experience with working in Adobe Creative Suite and preferably in Auto Cad too
- 4 – 6 years’ experience in the same field
- High level understanding of VM principles
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent project management and planning skills
- Design skills and creativity
- Articulate with good communication skills
- Able to engage with all kinds of people
