Skills
- Hardware Knowledge on Multiple Vendor product. Fair technical understanding of native remote management (remote console) tools.
- What is OS, concepts of Client OS and common checks and comprehend common error messages
- Knowledge on MS outlook & its specific features which would be helpful for service desk operations
- Networking basics & understanding on dealing with networking productsProficient introubleshooting all hardware, all OS environment.
- Proficient in communication areas like grammar, sentence structuring, pronunciation & MTI.
- Provide excellent customer service to improve business performance.
- Understand customer requirements so as to provide appropriate clarifications and solutions.
- Contribute ideas to resolve customer problems to improve productivity.
- Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries via direct contact, phone, email etc
