Job Description
Sous Chef
- Three to four years in 4/5 Stars hotel environment, including one year management.
- Good working knowledge of kitchen equipment and procedures, safety and sanitation regulations
- Good knowledge of food, sauté and food production.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications
- Degree from a post-secondary culinary arts training program is required.
- Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for long periods in length and have the ability to bend and squat.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests
- Must be able to read, write and speaks English. Additional languages spoken would be an asset.
