A differentiated approach to global accounts

The G360 BDL will serve as a recognized leader on our G360 accounts and will spend the majority of his or her time being externally focused and active in the marketplace.

 

Responsibilities

 

Working with the GCSP and account team to achieve the goals for Global TER, global margin and global sales/pipeline.

Advising the GCSP on account planning and the global account strategy

Helping the GCSP to develop broad and deep client relationships worldwide

Serving as a strategic advisor to the GCSP on global pipeline execution, deal review, pricing and negotiation strategies

Engaging with engagement teams in the field to support them on their most important pursuits

Supporting the global account team to create and execute a plan to develop critical business relationships across the account

 

The G360 BDL will work with the GCSP and team to deliver on the growth goals articulated un the account plan. This means:

 

Providing expert advice to the GCSP regarding the global account strategy

Being a strategic advisor to the GCSP regarding the global pipeline executive, deal review and negotiation strategies

Being in the field with engagement teams to support them on their most important pursuits and building strategic relationships

Challenging the strength of critical business relationships across the account and helping the GCSP to foster the development of broad and deep client relationships worldwide

 

 

Additional skills requirements

 

►    The G360 BDL is expected to inspire other through action in the marketplace, This is not an internal role – the expectation if that BDEs will spend approximately 80% of their time externally focused and active in the market. The G360 BDLs serving G360 accounts will be dedicated to this portfolio: this recognized that the skills and experiences required to support a G360 account will difer from the demands of the core. They will be measured and rewarded in alignment to the same six metrics as the GCSP and Service Line team they support. To ensure proper alignment and coversage, and to inspire consistent execution of our professional sales approach, the G360 BDL reports to the Region BDL.
