Job Description

This position will assist in the training function for our major client across their UAE organisation. The Support Trainer will assist the Master Trainer and Training & Development Manager in the development and delivery of training as we deliver and support range control and training packages across 30+ sites. You will be required to work with existing software development teams based overseas.
Assist the OSAT & handover upon completion of the training course.

Skills

A minimum 2 years’ experience in a training role preferably gained in a military or operational IT environment

Skill base required:

Ability to deliver and update training courses, manuals and resources;
Experience with coordination with the client on training to be delivered, training schedule and outcomes of training delivered, as well as review of delivered training modules;
Be involved with development and deployment of IT projects;
Ability to capture and identify solutions that address system knowledge gaps;
Strong technical aptitude;
Experience in delivering a range of learning materials and initiatives including face to face;
Positive and friendly attitude with a strong client service ethic;
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
Must hold current driver’s license.
