Required Experience:
Min 3 years of experience in supporting of Production Sytems,
i.e. ATM/CDM is preferred.
Transaction Processing Knowledge, channel understanding specially ATM/CDM knowledge of Database, Windows, VB scripting  essential.

Deliverables:
Production Support of ATM/ CDM systems.
Handling Incidents/SR\’s within the time line and meet  customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance of ITIL process of PMO, Risk, Audit  and architecture guidelines.
Provide Vendor Co­ordination.
