Job Purpose

To carry out maintenance activities in a timely manner ensuring quality of work and good workmanship to comply on Health, Safety, and Environment standard

Job Requirements

Education/Certification and Continued Education

School Grade pass out with Practical experience in civil field
Years of Experience

4 to 5 years local experience in similar role
Knowledge and Skills

Attention to details and concern for quality & safety

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

Functional Roles and Responsibilities

Monitor, manage and maintain and keep records of all equipments, tools, materials, and spare parts on the assigned site.
Execute the assigned work orders within the defined SLAs and ensure that work orders are closed on time and escalated as and when necessary.
Prepare and submit completion maintenance service report.
Perform good workmanship, use quality materials, and comply on health and safety standards.
Perform duties with initiative, team work, coordination, that enhance the skills and ability.
Ensure building fit out, and structures are maintained in good condition and presentable state.
Promote and perform good customer service to the clients / tenants satisfaction.
