Job Description
About Your Job:
You will be responsible to organize administration of the department while performing activities related to the attendance, leave, medicals, training, and airport pass, etc. You will update eTAS system and generate related reports for Duty Manager or Manager Airline Services. You will also keep all attendance records up to date and submit reports to department management, HR and Auditor, as and when required. You will also monitor other administration support teams of the department.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have Trade or Vocational qualification, Diploma in Office Management is preferred. You should also have minimum 4 years of job related experience, previous experience in HR, Finance or in Administration as well as previous experience as a Warewash Administration Assistant are preferred. You should be a self-starter who can work with minimum supervision, have good working knowledge of MS Office and Internet applications, and have the ability to train employees. It is preferred that you have working knowledge of Oracle- JDE system, airline catering web portals and have attended the Train the Trainer (TTT) training.
