I have total overall 23 years of knowledge Experience in Accounts and Finance. 14 Years experience in Oil and Gas company ADNOC /ADMA OPCO in Accounting Finance/Budgeting CAPEX/OPEX / Cost Control /Reporting /Invoice’s processing etc.,& rest 9 years in other companies such as Freight Forwarding, Logistics companies etc.
The below listed are my Duties, Responsibilities and Achievements: –
Financial Reporting on Monthly closing reports – Monthly Variances (Actual Vs Original Budget)
Prepare Annual Budgets CAPEX/ OPEX -Reports on Estimated Actual / Budget forecast
High level proficiency in using relevant computer applications like Excel/spreadsheets, word processing, accounting software
Preparation of all regular monthly, quarterly and year-end Project management reporting to Finance. (MIS including , cash flow, variance analysis, capital expenditures, working capital, A/R aging & analysis, AP aging & analysis, Inventory aging & analysis, etc)
Analysis, Reconciliation & making schedule on overhead expenses on a monthly basis
Conduct challenge meeting on Budget requirements with RO, s.
Control Internal / External Commitments. Issuance of CRS / CCR s /SOS &Approval of CRS / CCR s / in MAXIMO Control Tendering Process & Invitation of Suppliers. Review contracts rates, Terms and Conditions. Control contracts expenditure / Control receipt of IPC s i.e. monitor IPC processing and approval.
Detailed knowledge of the project billing process standard contract terms
Interacting with internal and external auditors in completing audits
Assuring & recording Vendor invoices properly an accurate as per purchases policy.
Analyzing and determine to record properly indirect cost to get proper cost allocation.
Verifying & recording operating expenses Invoice with their respective accounts, dept, division.
Issue / approve CPA/Control monthly expenditure
Prepare Accruals (Provision) Reconciliation of Provision Accounts. Control / create cost combinations. Good command over preparing analysis report on vendor due.
Proper maintenance & flow up with vendor for debit/credit note, other receivable & advance.
Preparation of reconciliations of payables with their respective statements
Maintained of cost generate for the particular activity in Oracle.
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts in Oracle.
